Heading South from Birmingham on the M5 leave the Motorway at junction 5.
Turning right at the bottom of the slip road follow the signs for Worcester (A38) Approx 8 miles.
On reaching Worcester continue following the (A38 Droitwich Road) signs for the city centre.
You will pass the Park and Ride car park, straight over the mini roundabout and through a set of traffic lights. At this point the road changes its name to Barbourne Road.
Still heading to the city centre you will pass The Talbot public house and just a few yards further on you will see a turning to the left; Little London. Pass by this and the Grammar School (also on your left), continue through two sets of pedestrian crossing traffic lights to the next left; St. Oswalds Road.
Turn left here and travel approx 440 yards to the end of the road. Turn left again, you are now on Chestnut Walk.
Approx 300 yards down the road on the left you will find Osborne House. The third building past Tennis Walk. Take care not to drive too fast, our neighbours have two large trees which conceal the house/car park particularly in summer.
